Jane & Brian
We have been working with Jackson and his team now for 5 years. We have grown and launched several products together. The first one was Khairpep (which later became K18 and took the world by storm, before recently being sold to Unilever).
They helped us, in less than an 18 month period, go from a stagnant 20k€ monthly rev to 165k€ monthly rev (7x growth), and pop a now global brand. This was right before it was aquired by the USA company Aquis, in 2020
In years before they joined us, when we were selling hair products through a sales team of 4-6 people, it would cost us around $16,000 per month in wages and it would take us 12 months to get 50 new customers...in just 3 months we signed 90 new customers, in 12 months we signed over 300.
We are now working on two other small innovative brands that will be the next brands to pop in the haircare world. Watch this space over the next few years for Color Defence & INNOluxe. We cannot thank them enough.

Jacko is naturally gifted at sales, confidence and overcoming blockers as well as learning really fast. My earliest interactions with him many years ago saw him really stand out by continuously iterating on stock standard sales pitches making them convert like crazy.
As an individual contributor he not only broke every record we had, he defended the titles consecutively!! This shows off his competitiveness, confidence and strong belief in himself.
This is an important background to understand as I have worked with a lot of sales consultants that either didn’t have a very strong field background or they find training and consulting less risky than doing it themselves. Jacko is not that kind of operator, he is very hands on and he truly LOVES sales.
He is such a nice guy, and it’s a genuine kindness in his heart which shines through to any team he leads. People inherently trust him which is really important to get people to step out of their comfort zones (especially in Australia lol where people generally see sales as a bit taboo).
He goes out of his way to develop ICs, managers, even non sales people! I feel developing people is one of his top passions (and scope within a role for motivating underperforming teams will really motivate Jacko). The tougher the challenge the more excited he becomes about overcoming it, and people follow his lead.
On his character, where there is a lot to say about Jackson, the most important thing to highlight would be his principles. I don’t think he could break his word, even if the deck was stacked against him, he would find a way to deliver, he always does. He is perfectly true to his word and I would stake my own reputation on that.
With regard to more specifics, I worked with Jacko at Zomato initially for the launch and to ramp up in 2015 starting as an IC before leading teams and being my right hand man for sales and account management, I launched my own company and brought Jacko across in 2016 to head sales, 2019 post exit, we got hired back to Zomato to help them IPO where Jacko modernised the sales process.
Technically he started automation during Honee (my own company) and really bloomed when we went back to Zomato. When we went back the sales team was doing everything manually, no CRM, etc. Jacko built out an end to end process with automated comms, which brought in 400 restaurants on signed contracts in about 12 weeks.
Since he has swapped over to sales ops/enablement he’s started really having an oversized impact. You don’t meet good contributors that can genuinely do exceptional sales ops and sales enablement (aka automation and training) and can actually roll up their sleeves and do IC and lead teams. I spent years hiring across the USA and they are ultra rare finds even in that market.

Jackson has an incredible organisational capacity and I would feel confident taking on projects of any size together.
He genuinely loves bringing people together, is a true catalyst of community and his passion for positively impacting people and the planet is beautiful.
Jackson is an inspiring partner whether you're looking for someone eager to push boundaries or consolidate your business strategy.

Put Her Name On It was created as a campaign to challenge and disrupt traditional commemorative place naming and public art practice, address the gender gap and create safer, more inclusive and prosperous societies.
The visibility of women’s achievements and ensuring women are depicted accurately and respectfully in public life are both key to progressing gender equality.
In partnership with Geographic Names Victoria, Gender Equity Victoria (custodians of Put Her Name On It) were funded to create Finding Her – an innovative online digital application commemorating women’s historic contributions and encouraging people to visit the sites (statues, murals, plaques, etc) and learn more about the women who shaped communities and beyond.
When thinking online, an app was the ‘go to’ and immediate thought, but in conversations with Jackson and the theam, they worked through the pros and cons of apps and the alternatives to be considered. They also provided advice and examples of successful initiatives and add on’s that would better position and promote the initiative.
With this in mind it completely turned our attention to a more cost effective (upfront and ongoing), simple to use, practical online web option which we are thrilled with. This advice and change in direction has helped deliver Finding Her, an incredible online asset, easy to use for the new custodians (Her Place Museum) and everyday visitors to the site and the physical sites and can continue to add more commemorative places and stories across Victoria, Australia and the world.
You can take a virtual tour on the website or visit the locations in person. Use the QR codes at the sites to reveal the stories of some truly remarkable women and take your own Finding Her tour
As a member of the CoCasa team, I had the pleasure to meet, work, and in the end become friends with great people and professionals on a worldwide scale.
CoCasa was one of Lisbon's biggest levers that helped reduce the gap between foreigners and locals.
The creation and implementation of a project on a 4 story building, that would bring together digital nomads, musicians, impact projects, cooks, artists of many kinds, which would bring value to the building.
We had a "simple" yet strong mission, to connect the people from Lisbon, either for leisure or labour. In the heart of downtown, CoCasa was strategically positioned to reach different areas of Lisbon.
Each action we had inside the project was carefully thought about in its sustainability and type of production. That is why we had a 100% plant based kitchen with great dishes.
That is why all of our drink and food suppliers were picked by its organic and local produce, using only natural ingredients.
That is why we sold the Vegana Bifana, a delicious mushroom sandwich, where the mushrooms grew from the coffee waste generated, turning them into a delicious vegan steak.
That is why we use and re-use thousands of glass bottles when home brewing Kombucha, avoiding the unnecessary plastic waste. That is why we had professional singers playing music alongside street musicians/artists that would work together in the future to create music collectives and bands.
That is why we organised community dinners/gatherings where people could bring their home-made dishes, while sharing them with the community, so that we could not only taste, but learn about other countries' cultures as well.
That is why people from every background knew they could rely on CoCasa to help them achieve their goals, just as long as it had a positive impact on the community and in their markets.
The keyword for all this to happen is: Belief
Belief in the people
Belief in the production
Belief in the vision
Belief in the values
Belief in the mission
Belief in Lisbon
Belief in the World
CoCasa was the 1st step towards a strategy to transform Lisbon into a more healthy, fair, multicultural, diverse city, that we could all share and be grateful for.
Jackson is a great person when it comes to taking the best out of each one, personally and professionally. Each one of us has enormous potential, but it takes someone specific to take the best out of you. In a very organic way, Jackson has that capacity.
I can testify that it had (still has) a strong relation in CoCasa growth. Not only CoCasa, but also music festivals, food festivals, slow fashion markets, independent brands, impact projects were born due to the impact and positivity CoCasa brought to the city.
It is clear that an invisible web is being created in Lisbon in 2020, a web that is reducing the gap between us, as locals, as people.
Looking back and realising the countless projects CoCasa and Jackson helped create, build, ideate, and initiate are the direct proof of what type of person and professional he is.
I have now gone on to create my own thriving community, fashion, music and food space with my own dreams, over the last year. Each time I speak to Jackson I remind him there is a little sprinkle of his dreams and the essence of CoCasa in Baiwho also.

Jackson is a great storyteller and brand strategist. I collaborated with him to define the messaging for a new product launch, and he provided great perspective, and insight to deliver the project.
Not only that he is a positive, creative person, who always brings good energy to a project.

Jackson is a true outlier. Jackson has an uncanny ability to quickly connect and understand with people and is skilled at making meaningful connections.
He is a leader who people naturally follow. Jackson is a strategic thinker who often comes up with novel and unique solutions to complex problems, he has been the driving force behind new product ideas, launches and growth initiatives.
Jackson can lay out a clear plan and execute at scale. In my time working with Jackson, I've seen him consistently take products from zero to one and become the driving force for growth. I could not endorse him more strongly.

Jackson is the first person I turn to for advice, guidance and inspiration. He has carefully and professionally recommended strategic moves to organically grow my audience across multiple platforms and build my brand.
Jackson was the first person to recommend a tiktok account when the app was new which led me to quickly growing a 200k following.
He saw my vision and potential on a new platform and we were able to seize the opportunity through his tips and recommendations.
Jackson will help you reach your goals naturally. I could not recommend him more.

Jackson is passionate, driven and an extremely capable builder and launcher of great impact projects.
It is clear Jackson's strengths are found in communicating with a clear vision and assembling highly capable individuals into a formidable and focused team.
